Aparna Enterprises, India’s fastest-growing manufacturer of construction materials, will invest INR 150 crores in fiscal year (FY) 24 to expand its business and satisfy the industry’s rising demand. This strategic commitment demonstrates the company’s unwavering dedication to providing India’s dynamic infrastructure requirements with superior products and services. The company intends to spend INR 100 crores to build a state-of-the-art uPVC facility in Rudraram, Hyderabad, in order to increase the monthly production of uPVC profiles by 70%, from 700 tonnes to 1,200 tonnes, and windows by 150%, from 20,000 square metres to 50,000 square metres. In addition, an additional INR 50 crores will be used to expand Aparna Enterprises’ enterprises in tiling, ready-mix concrete (RMC), and aluminium.
Due to factors such as urbanisation, infrastructure development, and soaring demand for real estate, the construction materials industry is experiencing exponential growth. Over the next five years, it is estimated that the industry will expand by 8 to 12 percent. As cities grow and become more modern, the demand for high-quality construction materials becomes paramount. Aparna Enterprises is well-positioned to satisfy this demand due to its extensive product line, which includes tiles, RMC, uPVC doors and windows, uPVC profiles and aluminium doors and windows. The company recognises the potential of these growth opportunities and intends to capitalise on them to strengthen its market position.
Commenting on the development, Mr. Ashwin Reddy, Managing Director of Aparna Enterprises Limited, stated, “With our business footprint spanning the country, we are committed to meeting the diverse infrastructural requirements of every individual and institution. Our ambitious growth objectives are motivated by our unceasing efforts to provide the finest products under the Aparna Enterprises brand. We are confident that our investment in a new uPVC facility and the expansion of our tile, RMC, and aluminium companies will allow us to meet the changing requirements of our clients while enhancing our market position. We anticipate a revenue of 2,100 crore INR by the end of the current fiscal year.”
Aparna Enterprises has launched its RMC business in Mumbai, with operations beginning in July 2023, as a strategic move to penetrate the Western market. This expansion will enable the company to capitalise on the region’s development opportunities and further establish its presence. In addition, the company intends to expand its Alteza (aluminium doors & windows) business by adding new dealers in key locations such as Delhi, Mumbai, Goa, Pune, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. These initiatives are part of the company’s commitment to broaden its influence and capitalise on opportunities in emerging markets.
