The Child in me wants to hear Grandma stories with life lesson everyday;
The Child in me wants Gully Cricket and play to win everyday;
The Child in me wants to go out in the rain, get wet and enjoy paper boats ;
The Child in me wants to cry loudly when scolded or in pain;
The Child in me wants to share the joy with everyone around after winning a race;
The Child in me want the Parents to share the workload of a tiring homework;
The Child in me wants to get up a day and say I donot want to go for work today ;
The Child in me wants love and sympathy,
The Child in me wants to work at will,
The Child in me wants personal care when he falls ill;
The Child in me wants simplicity in this complex world,
The Child in me wants to be on its own and not behave as the world wants ;
The Child in me wants to lodge complaint of lost childhood to get it back ;
As I think of these, my grandchildren push me and ask me to play hide and seek;
And I realise Childhood is available always in the children around me ❤️
