Life has its own pace and time. Time heals things on its own. Life goes through various phases, some hard, some soft. Some phases teaches us the importance of valuing people, people who make up our entire world. When we are born, we hardly know anything about the world hemming us around all the sides. Family is the first companion we have in life. Beginning with the mother, the father, and then the grandparents-companionship comes in various forms and shapes. As life transcends into teenage years and adult years, friends become the nucleus of our life, but toxic friendships do exist as well.
When the tides go back and forth during an ebb, do they truly disappear from our sight? They don’t, they just move backwards, sometimes taking a step back, or a few steps back is necessary. Moving forward always is not easily possible. Progression also includes retracing a few steps backwards. Defamiliarization is also a part of familiarization. Learning an unlearning is an essential part of growing up and living life. When tides go against you , fighting back instead of ‘flight’ seems to be the best probable option , at least in this particular scenario .
