Mental health is a big aspect of overall health. Mental health and physical constitute the overall mental health of an individual. What goes in the psyche is truly beyond comprehension, since no one can really peek inside our brain and see the reality. Being caught up in a mental soup is pretty common nowadays. Teenagers are suffering from extreme academic pressure. They are forced to overperform and over study during examination timeline. The pressure increases when it comes to competitive examinations. Students often end up committing suicide. However, we should always sort things out. For what good is a therapist then?
Mental health is often ignored in Indian society. Indian society is often oblivious to the fact that we need to heal our heart besides our body. The unison of the heart and the body contribute to a healthy life. When the mind is healthy, the body is healthy as well. It is vice versa too. Mental health determines the life we lead, the way we perceive the world we live in and the society we have before our very eyes. Therapy and counselling exist because of these disparities. If not resolved, they might have grave consequences. The earlier the better it is.
