As the year ends on a pensive note, the long-drawn winds of winter gush through the heart. The chilly breeze is an insignia of the year which is about to come to an end. The yellow leaves nestled on the topmost branches start to make their way downwards. They too, had started to wither. Falling lifeless to the ground, they lay like corpses on the surface, without a white cloth covering its surface. Oh, what a sight! What a splendid, yet bittersweet sight to behold with mundane human eyes. Destruction and creation are just both sides of the same coin.
While creation enriches, destruction demolishes. It is all like a staged play. The echoes of Antonio’s words are repeated here. ‘All the world is a stage, and we are just actors. ‘Humans are not a significant part of the world and the universe. They are just mere atoms suspended across the very expanse of this universe. Yet, something as mere as human grief always ends up questioning the bigger cosmic plans and the bigger cosmic forces. Even as the last leaf falls, it does so with a lot of grace and beauty – never disappearing almost immediately or instantaneous in nature.
